Andrew's first job was when he was 13. He worked for a local company doing stamped and stained patios during his spring, summer, and fall vacations. At age 16, He started doing polished concrete and epoxy coatings. After Graduating High School, He became a Crew Foreman and did national big box stores like Sam's Club, Sheplar's Western Wear and Northern Tool. After working for several residential and commercial companies, he realized one thing. Owners of each company would come for advice on pricing, products, machines, and equipment. Highly knowledgeable, well-trained, and certified in the Industries leading materials, and equipment; He pursued and created Royal Polish Systems with Taylor Eicholz. With the call to provide the highest quality floors with the best service imaginable!

Taylor started in the concrete industry in 2015 doing polished concrete. With strong desire to understand and educate colleagues, companies, and clients, pursued a career in flooring systems. In early 2016, He would work alongside Andrew. After working for several companies together, the same issue would arise. He would be advising owners on what system and products would be best. Which led to creating Royal Polish Systems with Andrew Avilan. To set industry standards and challenge competitor's quality and service.
